How long have you been in business?
First licensed in Oklahoma in 1988. Sold and closed over 1000 happy homeowners and earned over $3,000,000 in commissions over 20 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Negotiating skills. Sold products and managed TG&Y as well as Walmart accounts for E.I. Dupont Co. Never said "No" when any request made. Always passed the request to my management. Always went back to the account later to let customer know they had a great idea and should see much of their suggestion implimented in future programs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Had previous experience in Real Estate from 1972 to 1978 as part time salesman on weekends.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We serve our clients. We believe a good deal is one where buyers and sellers both win.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and utilize the expertise and experience of three seasoned, successful Broker Associates.

We meet with you at your home or place of business with our plan of action to accomplish your objective.
What type of payments do you accept?
Typically, sales commissions are a part of the transaction. Most often we are paid by the Seller in the closed transaction as agreed upon at time the property is listed.
Which areas do you service?
We are licensed to sell Real Estate in the State of Oklahoma. We concentrate our activities in the following counties: Oklahoma, Canadian, Logan, Cleveland and surrounding areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My wife is the Broker/Owner, one of my sons is President and I am the Broker/Manager.
What are your hours of operation?
From early morning to late night, 7 days a week. We have negotiated as late as 1:00 AM several times. Time is of the essence.
